Start with support inside the COME app

Already have COME? Open the app on your phone and look for Help, Support or Customer Service in the menu or account area. Use the option shown in your current version for login, account or payment questions.

Follow the in-app support steps →

Need the app? Follow the COME APK download and installation guide. Cannot sign in? Start with the login checks. You do not need to download the app again just to contact support.

How to find and use support in the app

  1. Open COME. Use the app already on your phone. If it is not installed, use the download guide, complete installation and open it.
  2. Find the support option. Look for Help, Support or Customer Service in the app's menu or account area. Its exact label and position may change between versions.
  3. Select the issue that matches your problem. Explain one account, payment or technical issue at a time. Include the exact error or status and when it appeared.
  4. Send the relevant details through that route. Use the checklists below and crop screenshots to the issue. Keep passwords, OTPs and payment PINs private.
  5. Save any case reference or reply. Continue through the same support route if more information is requested. A chat opening or message submission does not confirm that an account or payment issue is fixed.

If the support option is not available before sign-in, follow the access checks below. Do not erase an existing session just to look for another way in.

COME login and account-access checks

The aim is to regain access to your existing account. Keep the installed app and any old phone that is still signed in while you work through these checks.

  1. Check that the connection works. Open a familiar website. If COME keeps loading, try once on a trusted Wi-Fi connection or mobile data. For a page that still will not load, use the access troubleshooting guide.
  2. Use the login method linked to your existing account. Follow the fields and choices on the current COME screen. Do not assume a new registration or guest session will restore the old account.
  3. If the screen asks for a phone number or OTP, check what it shows. Confirm the registered number, country-code format and SIM reception. Follow any on-screen wait or retry instruction. Enter a code only in the login screen you opened; do not send it to another person.
  4. Use an available recovery or Help option. If the sign-in screen offers one, follow that process. If you no longer have the old number or login method, record your account ID if known and the exact error. Do not create another account as a substitute for recovery.
  5. Confirm the account after access returns. Check that the user or account ID is the one you expected before changing the old device. Use the new Android phone guide when moving between devices.

If you still cannot sign in or find Help

Keep the exact error text, app version, device model and time. If an old phone remains signed in, use its in-app support option. If neither device provides a usable support route, retain the current installation and account details rather than repeatedly uninstalling or clearing data.

As a secondary reference, the official social links in the footer of come.com can help you identify COME's published channels. Account and payment cases should still be handled through the app's support route; do not post account documents or payment records in public comments.

Choose the next step for your issue

Account details to prepare

  • User or account ID, if available.
  • The login method used for the account and a masked registered contact detail, where applicable.
  • Phone model, Android version and installed COME version.
  • Exact error, the screen where it appears and local date and time.
  • Whether the old phone is still signed in and whether the registered SIM or recovery method is available.
  • The checks you already tried and what happened.

Send account details through the in-app support route. Do not post the full phone number or an account screenshot in a public group. Keep the old phone until access on the new one is confirmed.

Payment details to prepare

Prepare one record for each deposit, withdrawal or refund:

  • Account or user ID.
  • Transaction type, amount and local date/time.
  • Order ID displayed in COME, if available.
  • UTR or bank/payment reference exactly as displayed, where applicable.
  • Status shown in COME and status shown by the payment app or bank.
  • One relevant screenshot with unrelated balances, account numbers and notifications hidden.
  • What you already tried and when.

Do not reuse a UTR from another payment or combine several transactions into one unclear report. Use the current app's status and any support instructions for the next step; this guide does not set a fixed resolution time.

Details for a page, download or installation error

  • Phone model, Android version and browser name.
  • Whether the issue occurs on mobile data, Wi-Fi or both.
  • The final page address with personal query values removed.
  • APK filename and download time for a file problem.
  • Installed and offered versions, if available.
  • The exact Android, browser or Play Protect warning and a cropped screenshot.

If the file itself is uncertain, use the APK file-verification guide. For an unfamiliar destination, follow the COME source-verification guide.

Copy this problem-report structure

Issue: one-sentence description
Account: user ID or masked registered contact, if relevant
Device: model, Android and app version
Time: local date and time
Reference: order ID or UTR, if relevant
Status/error: exact text shown
Evidence: one cropped screenshot
Already tried: checks and their results

Send this through the support option inside COME. Save any case reference so you can follow up without starting a separate report for the same issue.

Keep these details private

  • OTP or one-time verification code
  • UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN or CVV
  • Full password or bank-login credentials
  • Recordings that reveal a password manager or notification OTP
  • Full Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement or card images in chat, unless a verified in-app process specifically requires a protected upload

Do not grant remote control of your phone or make another payment because a stranger says it will fix access or release a pending amount.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact COME customer support?

Open the COME app and look for Help, Support or Customer Service in its menu or account area. Use the option shown in your current version. If the app is not installed, follow the COME APK download guide first.

Do I need to download COME again to contact support?

No. If COME is already installed, open it and use its support option. A login or payment problem alone is not a reason to uninstall the app or erase its data.

What can I do if I cannot log in?

Keep the current app and any signed-in old phone available. Check the connection and the login method you used for the account. Use a recovery or Help option if the sign-in screen offers one, and record the exact error if access still fails.

Should I send my OTP to support?

No. An OTP approves access or an action. Never send it to an agent, admin or group member.

Is a UTR the same as a UPI PIN?

No. A UTR or transaction reference identifies a payment record; a UPI PIN authorises a payment and must remain secret.

Can comeplaygo.com check my account?

No. This independent website does not operate the external platform, hold account records or process payments.

What makes a useful screenshot?

Show the relevant status, time, amount and reference while cropping or covering unrelated personal and financial information.
