Retry from the existing COME entry
Use the COME download and access page to locate the current site entry. A conversion button opens that entry; it does not by itself prove that an APK downloaded or that you signed in.
If your current working app opens normally, you can continue through it. A broken web redirect and an installed-app failure are different issues.
Check the browser without weakening protection
- Use an updated browser and check whether the connection itself is working.
- If a previous page is stuck, reload once and note the exact browser error.
- Do not turn off security protection, install unknown helper apps or use an unsolicited mirror to bypass a warning.
- Avoid clearing all browser/app data before confirming account access; it may remove a working session.
