COME Login Help: OTP, Password & Account Access

Use the existing COME entry to reach sign-in, then follow the prompt for your account. This guide separates the confirmed first step from password and OTP help shown in the COME Customer Center.

On this page

Find the COME login or registration entry

Open COME using the button above. The reviewed public Login/Register prompt asks for E-mail/Mobile No. (omit country code), followed by Continue. Enter the identifier for your existing account if you are signing back in.

The supplied recordings begin after sign-in, so they do not establish what every new or returning user sees after Continue. Follow the next prompt presented to you; do not assume every account uses the same password or OTP route.

Forgot your COME password?

  1. Start at the login page

The recorded help says to use the password-reset option from the login page.

  2. Use the account’s linked contact

Follow the reset prompt for your account. The recording does not show the complete password-reset form or all recovery alternatives.

  3. Keep account help in the app

If the linked contact is unavailable, use the support route you can access. Do not create a new account expecting it to recover the original account’s records.

COME OTP not received

The Customer Center’s OTP help says to check SMS or try again. Confirm that you are checking the number or email shown by the current verification prompt, and allow for message delivery before requesting another code.

  • Check the entered identifier and the contact destination visible in the prompt.
  • Check blocked or filtered messages; use email folders only when the prompt says the code went to email.
  • If a retry or resend control appears, follow its displayed wait time. No fixed resend timer is established by the recording.
  • Never share an OTP, password or payment PIN in a public post or with a social-media commenter.

Account-binding OTP is a separate flow

The recorded bank-account help says a change-bank verification code goes to the linked phone or email, with the phone prioritised when both are linked. That describes the bank-change support flow; it does not prove every login OTP is sent the same way.

For a linked-number or bank-detail issue, use the matching Customer Center category. The video shows Bank Card Info Issues and change-bank forms. Do not remove the only working contact before resolving account access.

If you can still access the app

  1. Open the account menu

Choose Contact CS to reach Customer Center.

  2. Pick the closest issue

Use the account/bank help or Live Chat. A login problem is different from a deposit or settlement ticket.

  3. Describe the screen

Provide the visible error, time, device and app version reference. Keep passwords and verification codes out of the description.

  4. Track the response

Use My Tickets for an existing case rather than opening repeated tickets for the same issue.

Using a new Android phone?

Before retiring the old phone, check that you can reach the linked contact and sign into the same account on the new device. Installing an APK or reaching the homepage is not proof that you recovered the old account.

Frequently asked questions

Should I enter a country code in the reviewed login field?

The reviewed first-step field explicitly says to omit the country code. Follow the current field instructions if the interface changes.

Does Continue always send an OTP?

The available material does not establish a universal post-Continue flow. Follow the prompt displayed for your account.

Can the COME guide website reset my app password?

No. Account verification and recovery take place through the COME app’s own login and support flow; this website does not receive your OTP or access your app account.
